Our cancellation policy

• You can cancel your vacation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
• In the event of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, cancellation costs amounts to 30% of the total price (less final cleaning and local tax)
• In the event of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, cancellation costs amounts to 100% of the total price (less final cleaning and local tax)

If we are not allowed to open due to the legal situation or you are not allowed to enter Austria (border closings, travel bans), you can cancel your vacation free of charge at any time. We will be happy to credit you with the deposit you have paid for your next stay. If you insist, we will of course also refund the deposit.

Sometimes things turn out differently than expected and you cannot take your well-deserved vacation. With the hotel cancellation insurance from the "Europäische Reiseversicherung" you are well protected!

In the case of direct bookings, we will be happy to take out insurance for you! (on request)
